But actually installation of such lights in a business or home isn't as easy as installing them in to traffic lights. LED light fittings need to be developed so that they distribute the light in a direction that a much wider area is covered.

Plus when it happens to white LED technology although it is continually improving at present it doesn't offer us the consumers the same optical color and brightness provided by incandescent lights.
